Why is prayer the key!?

   > "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it shall be done for you.  By this is My Father glorified, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples." John 15:7-8
   > "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14
  • We pray because it empowers us to fulfill our purpose to glorify God and accompany Jesus in His making all things new.
  • We pray because it gives us comfort to trust in the One who can make a difference
  • We pray because God answers

Pray for Your Local Churches:

What if churches started praying for other churches during their worship services? This is beginning to happen as several Unite! churches are now regularly praying for other local churches in their Sunday morning services! Jesus prayer in John 17 that we may be as one as He and the Father are one and there is no greater way to show our unity and oneness than to be praying for each other. To do it on a Sunday morning allows our entire congregation to be a part of it! People in our churches are excited about praying for other churches, and it gives them a bigger view of the Kingdom! We encourage you and your church to commit to praying for other local churches every week, possibly in your weekly worship services or posting the requests in your bulletins/newsletters.

The following are current prayer requests submitted by pastors/leaders from the following Unite! churches.
